Jennifer Aniston recently got candid about the pregnancy rumors that have been plaguing her for years.

After years of reading reports that she is expecting a child, the “Horrible Bosses” star has finally admitted that the topic is sensitive for her. In a new interview with Glamour, when asked what she would want to ban from the tabloids, she said that it would be a photo of her holding her tummy with the words, “Finally Pregnant.”

“I mean, it’s like they take a picture of you and create this story. If your body is in a normal moment of having had a bite or two, or you’re having a moment of bloat, then there’s arrows circled around your stomach, telling you that you’re pregnant,” Aniston explained. “And it’s like, actually no, it’s just my body. Not that it’s any of your business to begin with. Having a child, as we know, is no one’s business except the couple or individual that’s going through it.”

Aniston went on to say that her idea of a happy and fulfilled life is different from others. She believes that it is not right to judge someone due to their choices. “No one knows what’s going on beyond the four walls of your home, of these people who are having or not having children. It’s a very sensitive area to go to, especially. It’s sensitive to me,” she admitted.

This is not the first time that Aniston has revealed her thoughts on the pregnancy rumors. In 2016, she wrote an article for the Huffington Post where she said that she’s fed up with body-shaming that usually disguises itself as “journalism.” She finds the objectification and scrutiny of women as “absurd and disturbing.”

Aniston stressed that these reports only focus on her physical appearance. Whenever she is photographed or spotted looking less than perfectly put together, people would then start to wonder if she’s pregnant, eating too much or her marriage is on the rocks. “The way I am portrayed by the media is simply a reflection of how we see and portray women in general, measured against some warped standard of beauty,” the “Cake” star added.

Aniston’s husband, Justin Theroux, also experienced the same. According to “The Leftovers” star, tabloids are thrusting a villainous character in him. He added that readers or viewers should analyze rumors first before believing anything and praised his wife for being good at filtering such reports.
