After releasing his single “Sign of the Times” earlier in the month, Harry Styles surprised his fans with an even bigger treat by announcing his world tour where he will perform for fans in intimate venues around the globe.
On Friday, Styles shared a photo of himself on Twitter along with tour dates for “Harry Styles Live on Tour.” The tour kicks off in North America starting on Sept. 19 and will wrap up on Oct. 14 before heading overseas to perform for fans in Paris, London, Sweden and more countries.
Fans were thrilled about the upcoming tour and took to Twitter to express their excitement over the One Direction member’s big announcement.
“Directioners Harry Styles is going on tour and he is coming to Singapore!! He is coming to our hometown,” one fan wrote.
“My king @Harry_Styles is coming to my city and I’m most definitely going,” another fan wrote.
Other fans revealed that they were in desperate need of tickets to Styles’ shows. “Legitimately not joking when I say that I absolutely need harry styles tickets or I’ll literally die,” one excited fan tweeted.
“I’m literally stressing more about getting tickets to seeing Harry Styles than i am about my upcoming A Level exams,” one fan wrote.
However, some fans were disappointed that the singer is not performing in certain countries. “Remember this, please @Harry_Styles #SpainNeedsHarryStyles,” one fan wrote.
“#HarryStyles let’s not bash the kid up!! He didn’t sit down and decided to purposefully leave places out?!? @Harry_Styles be happy guys!” one fan wrote, defending the singer.
Tickets for the tour go on sale on May 5 but North American fans can register with Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan program. By signing up, fans will receive a text message with a unique offer code 2-4 hours prior to the ticket sale date.
